PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY AS IT CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU.
Return Policies
PLEASE CHECK ALL ORDERED ITEMS FOR FITNESS AND FOR CORRECT MATCHING TO YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE INSTALLING. ALTERED, INSTALLED OR PAINTED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
Requests for a refund must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase and are subject to a 20% RESTOCKING FEE. All returns must also be in their original packaging. Please contact us before you return an item.
Packing and Shipping of Items for Return
- Pack the items in the original boxes together with the original packing slip or receipt.

Warranties
A one-year limited warranty applies to all items sold unless otherwise stated. Charging Systems Inc. warrants all parts to be free from factory defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty covers the replacement or repair of the defective items within the original warranty period. Warranties are limited to the original purchaser and are not transferable.
THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH OBTAINING A WARRANTY REPLACEMENT. A replacement part will only be sent out after the defective item has been returned to us. This warranty does not cover failure due to abuse, misuse, improper installation, or modifications. SPECIFICALLY, THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER WATER DAMAGE OR BROKEN HOUSINGS. The warranty does not cover the cost of installation, removal, normal wear, and tear.
Limitation of Liability
Charging Systems Inc. does not accept any liability beyond the original purchase price of the item.
