Shipping Policy
Free Shipping
- Free Shipping: Applies only to the Continental US.
- Exclusions: Does NOT include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO, Guam, or any other US territories.
Processing and Typical Delivery Times
- Order Processing: Payments are processed in the order received by our shipping department, usually on the same day payment clears.
- Shipping Schedule: Shipping occurs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Occasionally, shipments may go out the day after payment is received, but they will always be processed within 2 business days.
- Delivery Times:
- Southeastern US: 3-5 business days
- West Coast: Up to 6 business days
- Note: Delivery times do not include Saturdays and Sundays.
- Expedited Shipping: Does not include holidays or weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
PO Boxes
- Physical Address Required: Please provide a physical address for delivery. P.O. boxes are not accepted. Providing a P.O. box may delay your package as our customer service personnel will need to contact you for a physical address.
Drop Shipments
- Out of Stock Items: On rare occasions, if an item is out of stock, we may ship it directly from one of our suppliers. You will receive a copy of your receipt from our office, usually arriving a day or two after your item.
Shipping Rates
- Calculation: Shipping rates are calculated by Zip code at checkout.
