• Fit and Match Check: Ensure all ordered items are fit and correctly match your vehicle before installing. Altered, installed, or painted items cannot be returned.
• Refund Requests: Must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be in their original packaging.
• Return Process:

• Coverage: A one-year limited warranty applies to all items sold unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers the replacement or repair of defective items within the original warranty period.
• Limitations:
  • Warranties are limited to the original purchaser and are not transferable.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with obtaining a warranty replacement.
  • A replacement part will only be sent out after the defective item has been returned.
  • The warranty does not cover failure due to abuse, misuse, improper installation, modifications, water damage, or broken housings.
  • The warranty does not cover the cost of installation, removal, normal wear and tear.

• Liability: Charging Systems Inc. does not accept any liability beyond the original purchase price of the item.
